Has anyone tried the new Tattered Angels Glimmer Glam, Glimmer Glaze or Chalk Board products yet? Are they worth it? Are there home made alternatives that work just as well?

I have not tried any of these, but recently purchased the Chalkboard Evergreen. I did see a recipe for Glimmer Mist somewhere though. Do a Google search or maybe someone here can point you in the right direction.

I have several recipes for the original Glimmer Mist. I will tell you, however, that nothing homemade compares with the original! I was just wondering if the new products are worth the expense and what good starter colors would be (and if it is possible too make a home made version to try it out first before spending money on the real thing).

I bought the black Chalkboard mist. I thought it would be more opaque and look more matte (like a chalkboard), but it is very light. I like it though.

I just bought 4 Chalkboard ones- tried them out but no projects yet to share. They are really pretty tho! I know I will buy more. Got mine at Archivers, they only had 4 or I would of bought more! I also bought 4 new reg GM!! I cannot walk away from this stuff !!

I bought the glimmer glam. I bought one color with a specific project in mind and it worked well. I'll try to photo and take post later today. I don't think I would buy a whole set, too pricey, but if you have project in mind, then it is a real nice paint.
