I would have to agree with that! Are we still talking loopee -- I mean a little "anything" would be nice (well, almost anything! I think I'd better stop here before I get into trouble!!)?? ![]()

My husband has a son in the Navy, and a month ago, he went to Seattle to do a two day tour on a sumbarine with him. He took several rolls of film, and I want to scrap the pictures for him. I've pretty much decided on using an 8-1/2x11 album to do it in. But am trying to figure out what colors to use to match the Navy colors. I have a Pebbles cardstock swatch if you have any suggestions from that.
Thanks for any help!

First of all, have you seen the Mrs. Grossman's Navy stickers yet? HOTP also has a book of military scrapbook papers - including Navy themes. Some sites to look at for layout examples are: dmaire.com and also scrapnetowrk.com and twopeasinabucket.com - all three sites have categories for military layouts.
Best of luck to you!

Thanks for the help Sue ...
My stepson has been in the Navy for 10 years or so, but in January my husband took a trip to Seattle to do a 2 day cruise on the sub with his son. I am doing a small album on that little trip.
Henry brought home an emblem of the USS Michigan (the sub that Don is on), and it has like a royal blue and golden yellow on it. I thought about using those colors with some red thrown in for patriotism (besides that, the border of the emblem is red).
Part of my problem is searching through my Pebbles cardstock samples to determine which colors match the best! There are just too many blues to choose from, and I haven't found one that exactly matches the emblem! What a pain! I wish I could get this done by next Friday (Henry's birthday), but I'm not thinking it's going to happen!
Thanks again for the help!
