Ordered from ebay but sb.com sent me my order?

So this was weird I ordered some atg refills from ebay cause the shipping was almost $2.00 cheaper than from here.

When my order came today the label said it was from scrapbook.com but I didn't order from here and in the box had that newspaper flier from scrapbook.com also.

So out of curiosity I messaged the seller and they said their fulfullment center is scrapbook.com.

I do love ordering from here and wish I could more often from here but i'm a divorced mom so shipping always seems to be the factor for me sadly.

But I won't feel so bad ordering from that seller I just ordered from cause at least sb.com will still benefit right?

Scrapbook.com has free shipping days - about once a month I think. I always wait for those days to get here. I'm waiting for one now because I have things in my cart!

Oh if free shipping isn't at the beginning of the month then i'm usually broke by then or have my money budgeted else where. lol I always try to get my shopping done at the beginning of the month.

I wish the free shipping days were free shipping for anything, not just orders over $50. I would end up ordering a lot more from here if that were the case.

I'd like to share a recent experience with Scrapbook.com that I am truly pleased with and it showed you get what you pay for: I bought from here and another company the other company was a real discount place on-line, but even though I order over $70.00 worth of stuff the shipping was not free. This bothered me but I ordering for my birthday so I thought I'd splurge and get some great stuff. The paper I ordered from here did not match what I needed and the stuff from the other company was all junk. So, I returned to both company's the same day in the middle of May. I have long since received my refund from here including shipping cost, but I had to email the other company because I never got my refund on nearly everything I bought from them. Both companies were sent their products back priority, so everything was received very quickly. I got a reply to my email back this morning stating they didn't know what to do with the stuff because I did not send a note about wanting a refund and they needed my cc info. again to refund me and they would be charging me a 10% reshelfing fee. They also wanted to reiterate that they do not refund shipping costs and stated the shipping cost to me in the email; As if I could forget the outrageous fee I paid. I had already looked up their policy before the return was sent, so I was aware of the reshelfing fee and just wanted to get whatever money back I could back on the junk they sent me. I now know why the pictures were so bad on their site, it some case there were no pictures supplied at all. I had to send my cc information again and I have to wait for my refund. Why they did not call or email on my return and just sat on it, who knows, but as soon as I get my refund I am deleting their emails and unsubscribing from them. I will never do business with them again. But, here they will always get my business and have always treated me fairly as a customer, so sometimes you get what you pay for. It's so worth it here, so think about saving up and waiting to buy during the free shipping promotion because it's so worth it to deal with customer friendly company's who care about their customers.

That's great that you got such good service from here. I agree that this is a quality company.

I guess I should have said in my e-mail that I do order a ton of stuff from here. I just got back into scrapbooking a few months ago and have spent around $700 here. Now that I've bought most of my stuff, though, I would love to see free shipping days on under $50 orders.

What I wonder about is this seller I bought from charges the same price for the item that's listed here in the super store and pretty sure they just charged actual shipping. So they must be paying less for the item listed here somehow or they wouldn't make any money. Just had no idea that a drop shipper would be using this place as their fullfillment center. Or their using a company that uses this place as the fullfillment center. Cause scrapbook.com is not an ebay seller.

I just put a post up a few minutes ago about shipping. I love SB.com and their customer service but when I can get the exact same produce and in this case more product and my shipping was 11.51 and for less stuff I would have had to pay $18 something.

It made me put my stuff back and go with the other company. And yes they do have a message board and gallery. And it's not the veggie board. The other site will also have my order to me by the end of this week or Monday at the latest. I will have my tracking number by noon tomorrow.

Do you mean ScrapJazz? If you do, that's the sister company of this one, also owned by Jill. And their shipping charges are indeed different. And yes, you are allowed to mention it here!
