Paint Cans????????????

I want to do a paint can fro a friend who is sick and I have never done one but they are so cute. Can anyone give me advice How do you get your paper to stick to the can to start it?

I just used my dotto dispenser on the one I made But Im sure others have different ideas

What a great Idea would love to see the finished can

Where do you get these cans??? Are they cheap???

You can just get them at your regular hardware store I paid I think less then 2.00 for my gallon size

i am have a hard time find the cans. i didn't see them at home depo.

I found them a couple aisles away from where they were selling the filled paint cans at my local hardware store The easist thing is just to ask where they sell empty paint cans.

home depot does have them - i found mine in the paint aisle. don't ask customer service, ask the paint department clerk, they know where they are

Just read instructions on another site and they used glue dots

I'm going on a scrapbooking day tomorrow to Raleigh,NC and going to get all my supplies with a friend.

I use double sided tape and on my last paint can I used modge podge for a glossy finish on the paper. GOOD LUCK

I bought 5 yesterday at Home Depot for $1.29 each....ask the paint clerk....I use double stick tape for mine and I love the quart size.....there is so much you can do. My daughter loves to do a can for a birthday present and fill it with lots of small goodies and then wrap it up in tissue paper with a homemade tag and bow. Her friends love it!

you can use them to hold you pens or anything that can fit in there
