HELP! How do i unstick a stuck Clikit hole puncher

Ack! There's nothing on the KF site or here that i could find... i merrily punched a bunch of holes for my snaps and when i tried to take off the hole puncher attachment thingie it wouldn't come off! I have pulled til i ripped the skin off my finger! Help!
Anyone?

one of the ball bearings is probably stuck. i'd check those. carefully. lol

is there anyway to tap the paper hole out to loosen it up? I don't have one, so I'm just guessing on this!
The website doesn't have an 800 cusotmer service #? or email contact?

No, they don't, but i found a way... PLIERS! It's weird, it's just one of them that gets stuck.. all the others are happy and go right in and out... at least i got it out to finish my Disney swap stuff!
