Fiskars hammerless setter and punch?

I just saw this set at Walmart, don't remember the exact price but under $15 for 3 sizes of each. Has anyone used it? It's one that you pull on the end and a spring thumps the eyelet or punch, no hammer needed. Curious if it's any quieter than MM's with-a-hammer setter, although I think I will just keep on doing my eyelet setting in the basement while baby sleeps upstairs.

a friend of mine has these, and she really likes hers. i used them one time at her house and really like them as well

i will have to keep checking my WM to see if they get these in. i have the silent setter, but i wouldn't mind having a set of these also.

they're not especially quiet, but not too loud either.

the springs can get overstretched fairly easily. finger pinching seems to be common, and they aren't super strong.

my verdict is that they're ok, but a silent setter or clikit would probably be a better investment.

I love my clickit...havent seen the fiskars yet..
My mom has the Silent setter and she loves it!

I have the Fiskars Eyelet Setter trio. They do overstretch. They punch holes okay, but setting the eyelet is a diiferent story. Not such a clean "set".

I love my Ready Set eyelet tool. Never a problem, sets clean. Easy to use and does not take a lot of space in my tool bag. Here's a tip, you can store all your tips in a mini Altoid's tin.
