cricut fonts

I just bought a cricut create an I'm loving it. I need some help with buying font cartridges. It came with Daun Jaun and I like it because the letters are like block letters but it doesn't have capitals and lowercase for each letter. I bought a lyrical cartridge but the letters are really thin. What cartridge would be good for giving me upper and lowercase letters in a block style.

Do you mean fatter letters than Lyrical? I like the fonts on the Pooh font cart. I use the 'Marker' one on it for probably 75% of my LO's.

I also like Keystone, but I think that was the original cart with the baby bug. Maybe you could find it on ebay?

thanks fatter is what I meant the lyrical letters seem so small. I'll have t look for them

Plantin Schoolbook is a good font cartridge. It has upper and lowercase letters in 3 different creative features and a shadow feature for the regular font on it. It also has basic shapes like circle, heart,star, etc....

I agree with the Plantin Schoolbook. I use the jumbo setting and get really fat letters!

Plantin Schoolbook, and Base Camp is also a good one

Base Camp and Mickey Font are also nice, blocky fonts.

In addition to different carts, I also like to use the shadow feature for my letters. Just the shadow, without the regular cut letters on top, lol.

Yes I just posted the link Diana is talking about. It's great! And you can print it out, and really look at them.

Base Camp and Plantin SchoolBook are your best bet for basic, non thin fonts. I also love Pooh Font (marker option) and Mickey Font.
