Guestbook for our new home - do you have ideas?

    Dear all,
    slowly at least the first reconstruction phase in our house is coming to an end.
    In the hope that one may receive sometime guests again, I would like to create a guest book.
    The outside design of course is no problem for me, but I am looking for ideas for the inside pages.
    My idea is to make predefined pages where the guests can maybe answer questions or tick things off (multiple choice questions) and also design a bit by themselves.
    Do you have any ideas? Unfortunately, I have found on the Internet so no inspiration, there is always only about wedding guest books or also occasionally about funerals.
    That a photo of the guests comes in, is already clear to me. Maybe also the question, for which occasion they are there or something like this. But then my creative ideas are already exhausted, so I hope for yours.
    Please brainstorm! I like to have it a bit humorous.
    I am looking forward to your ideas!

    P.S.: No, I do not want a toilet guestbook! joy emoji

    This may not be of any help, but on Etsy, you can get lined junk journal pages. I don't understand what kind of multiple choice questions a guest may be asked and need to answer? And I'm not sure what they may design? Do you mean like decorate or add to a book or journal? Maybe a little more detail about what you'd like to see this book do, or your guests do, might help a bit more.
