Removing mold from albums?

What do I do?

My scrapbooks were stored in a place that had moisture. Now some of the fabric albums have mold. How do I clean them? I don't think it's on the pages, just the actual exterior book part.

This hurts, but...I'd toss them and get new albums. The mold could spread to your photos and ruin them.

But if you can't do that, the next thing you could try is cleaning them with vinegar. Use raw, organic apple cider vinegar that has "the mother", like Braggs. This stuff is excellent for removing musty, moldy odors. On the other hand, you then have a vinegar odor...
