Creative Hot Marks

I bought the Creative Hot Marks tool at Walmart ( on clearence for $5 whoo hoo!) but I haven't figured out the best way to use it. Has anyone used this tool? Do you have any examples of where you used it? Any ideas would be appreciated!!

It's great with the exacto blade to cut foam board for shaker boxes or brag books...

I have one, but have yet to use it. My hubby has used it several times. Don't exactly know what for, but he's used it.

I have seen those and wondered if they would be hard to use. My walmart just marked down a bunch of scrap stuff....I might have to look hard to see if they have any of those....I might would like to try it for five bucks!
