What is the name of this embellishment?

I am looking for little metal or plastic, thin round frames to pop onto my l/o. Specifically, I am going to place them over a paper measuring tape to "circle" and highlight cetain numbers.

I think Scrapworks makes them, but I looking for ones I can find at Michaels or Joann's as I want to get them today. I'm not sure what to ask for...

I love Conchos! I found some at A.C. Moore, so you might want to check there if you have one near you.

I've also seen them called 'hugz'

Hugz is what I was thinking since she is going to be using them like a frame around a part of the tape measure!

Yes - the hugz - I like those. They make them in several sizes too.
