I was just wondering how many of us are planning on entering the Basic Grey contest? I'm certainly going to try. This is just the excuse I need to get an album done that I've been planning for a while about getting my DD.

hmm I would like to but I am not sure. I have so much stuff I want to get done and the themes.... well would require me to do an album that is not on my list. I spent hours on each layout for the big contest and loved my work.. but did not win... so I will have to think about it... Maybe but not right now...

So do you have to do a whole album or just a two page lo? Can it be a mini album?

It has to be at least 10 pages and no smaller than an 8x8 album. I printed off the information and keep reading it - I just can't decide if I want to do a whole album. Part of me wants to try just for the challenge. I'll keep thinking about it.

I would love to try, if anything just to have an album completed for myself. I'm having a hard time trying to pick one of the themes.

I am doing defining moments. I worked on some of the journaling last night. I'm really excited about this contest. I went on ebay and bought a sweetpea allyson collection with fibers for $20 with shipping and an 8x8 album. My defining moment is going to be about becoming a foster mom, getting my DD, and going thru to the point of adoption. Hopefully the adoption will be done soon so I can "complete" the album and know that she's mine forever. This will also be something that I can have for her to know that she was wanted and loved from before she was a part of our lives.

Great defining moment! and I hope that you get that adoption done ASAP! (and not just for the contest !

I'm going to try. I like the theme Who I am. I've always wanted to do something like that but never put much effort into it. This is exactly what I need to get it done.
