Journal Idea Please

Asking for a journal idea on "Dad walking Daughter down the Isle" I'm stumped, can't think of anything. Its a 12x12 page with only 3 pictures and a quote "Here comes the bride" Need a fill in Idea Thanks!

Hmmm, how about some thoughts Dad and/or you could or maybe did have of some memories of dd as she grew up. Kind of like ...it doesn't seem possible that the time for walking you down the aisle should be here,only yesterday we brought you home.....you get the idea?
Don't know if that is what you are looking for.

Well, you could write out some of the lyrics to Butterfly Kisses, or you could do some journalling about your dad and what he means to you, or get it from his perspective, what he was feeling walking down that aisle ready to give his daughter away. You could also do a 'Daddy's Little Girl' type list, listing all the things he was there with you for that are important and the final thing on the list being giving you away. (IE my dad was the one to walk me to school on the first day, my dad was the one to scare away all potential suitors when I was in high school) LOL Hope that helps!

do you have/can you get pictures of your mom/mother-in-law/grandmothers/etc. being walked down the isle with their dads? (including your husbands family?) make it a generations type of page or even incorporate some of their wedding pictures into your wedding album for a generations wedding album. (just make sure that your the shining star!!!) just a thought!

Thanks for the ideas! I decided to email dad and ask him what he was thinking, NOT " How am I gonna pay for this?" either. I reminded him of the butterfly kisses song, we'll see what he said.....???

HAHHAAHAAAA If you dad was thinking "how am I going to pay for this" YOU MUST PUT THAT. hahahaa Honestly, I love to put that silly stuff in my journal box. The title says sets the tone of my pages but if there is something funny and silly or kind of not even related to the pictures, but it happened at the time, the journal box is where I put that.
But if this were my page I would re-live the short conversation my dad and I had just before walking down the isle. He asked me if I was okay, reminded me to breathe (which I needed to hear) and told me he was proud of me. I then told him to not get mushy or I WOULD start crying! LOL. It was a sweet moment... As an additional 'bonus' by adding that, your dad would know you actually listened to him when he looked at your scrapbook.
