I finally posted all the pages from a baby gift scrapbook I made a few weeks ago. My friend is due in 2 weeks time and already has 4 children, so she is too busy to scrapbook and says she's doing well if she takes the photos and puts them in a album! I don't yet know the baby's gender, so I'm waiting to do the front page with the baby's name when he/she is born.

WOW...your friend will LOVE the album...gee, 5 kids...LOL You may have to be the one to put the pictures in it for her...oh, about removing shanks off the back of buttons...they do make a shank remover...available at most fabric/craft stores...but...I use toenail clippers most of the time...works great! Thanks for sharing your album with us

I'm hoping that the eldest daughter, who turns 13 tomorrow, will take on the job of putting the photos in the album if her mum is too busy. I'll use nail clippers next time!

Thanks everyone. Scraplift if you want ... I don't mind. You'll find it's pretty easy to put pieces of cardstock on a page when you don't have to worry about colour matching a photo and making sure your mat is big enough and in the right direction for the photo.
