How do you shop, by brands, sales or themes?

For me, it's all three. Now that I'm having fun playing with paper dolls, I check out Prima Marketing for dolls and get ideas from the projects posted with the product.

Hello, I'd say same for me, all three. First being sale, then probably theme and brand. Prima Marketing has some pretty stuff.

Hi ladies. Since I started playing with dolls again...lol, I tend to look at paper with some small designs that will fit nice on an outfit, but when I make cards I prefer things that aren't too busy. I don't do layouts but if I did I would probably look at stuff with images on them to go with the layout. I do have my favorite paper lines that I always gravitate towards first. I Love Stamperia, Craft O'clock, Mintay, 49 and Market, Ciao Bella and Prima. Those tend to be my first choices but I love all paper so I love to see what's new out there. It's always nice when people add what paper they use to their downloads. That way if I like it, I can check out their paper line. We do tend to feed off of each other. laughing emoji Looking forward to seeing what other brands people use. I'm always up for new stuff. Oh, and I do 90 % of my shopping online. I love Hobby Lobby and Michaels but they don't carry the international papers but boy are they fun to walk through. So much pretty stuff.

I have painted a few smaller rocks. Rock Garden, what do you seal your rocks with after you paint them? And all of you, thanks for sharing your thoughts with me.

I shop by Brand. Right now it's Simple Stories stuff. I'm categorically buying stamps, washi tape, chipboard, collection kits, ephemera, and stickers, in that order. When I'm done buying Simple Stories, it will probably be Echo Park or Carta Bella (or both as they're basically the same brand). Those are my favorites. And a bunch of Happy Planner. I keep a large Google spreadsheet wishlist and buy off that wishlist once per month in a very large order. The rest of the month I use my supplies. I'm also buying for my small business (cards and gift tags, plus yarn), so my budget is pretty big - $400 for my next order, being placed end of this month most likely. I organize my supplies by type though - so all paper together, all stamps and dies together, all embellishments together sorted by color, etc. I don't keep collection kits together as I prefer to shop my whole stash when creating cards or scrapbook layouts.
