12 x 12 Scanners

Who makes them?
I don't want to deal with "stiching" layouts together.. i just want to be able to scan the whole page in the first place... so... who makes a scanner with an area large enough to scan a 12x12 layout???

I want to say I've seen a Mustek that would scan 12" wide....

OK. I was talking about a scanner that would scan a true 12" wide... this is 11.7". I was being strictly literal. I do that sometimes.

Heck, I'd be happy if my NON-large size scanner did 12". It does 11.69 top to bottom...irks me to no end!

Why would they make a scanner 11.7"? Who actually needs 11.7"? why not just round it off? I bet that is irritating.

'bout as irritating as my scanner that does 11.69 vertical. Unless I want to scan in 4 sections - which I can never line up properly - I always lose over 1/4 inch off the bottom..........

i am so glad I'm not insane I could not figure out why My scanner did this. But now I see I'm not the only one.
