Storing index prints/film

How do you store your APS index prints and film? I did some spring cleaning and I have about 5 years worth of them. What about negatives? (I also found about 5 years worth of photos too, that I just put in boxes according to years, but that's another story....). Thanks.

I bought cases that were specially made for this purpose. A little pricey, but it kept me sane!

It looks like a VHS tape from the outside when closed, then you open it up, and it has a space for the index prints and slots for 10-12 cartridges.

I got negative sleeves and storage binders from an Archivers store. I think that the name was archivers online dot com. It's been a while since I got them since I bought a huge supply!!

Interesting. When I typed in archiversonline[dot]com, nothing came up. Then I googled it, and found the link. Odd.

I got the video box thingy too. I think it was only $4-5 at walmart. Been a while since I bought it and it holds the film cartridges on one side and the index prints on the other. I really like these.

Creative Memories has protective sleeves for negatives. They call them NegCare Sleeves and they are $2.70 for a set of 6 which will hold 54 negative strips. They also have a product called NegCare Envelopes in which you can store the sleeves, index prints or photo CDs. Those are $8 for 12. We are totally digital now and will never have a negative again! LOL But I will be getting some of these when I get around to going through the older picture boxes.

This is what I have, I just need to actually put my negitives in them!!!
