So I made several different sizes of rainbow stripes so I decided to turn this one into a birthday card.

This card is for the May Happy Mail Challenge. Dawn.s put out a request:
I do have a special request for a young lady who's only wish for her 18th birthday is to receive cards in the mail. Her name is Julia and she is the niece of a friend of mine. Julia is autistic and will be graduating high school soon, from special needs classes, with the capabilities of a second grader. Her birthday is May 9th and handmade or store bought cards would be welcomed.
