You did a BEAUTIFUL job on this!!! I love that you turned it sidways...that looks great!!! The papers are so pretty....and your photos are priceless!! Love it!!
this turned out fabulous! The doodles turned out great! I started challenges last month and I feel like it's taken my scraping to another level, things I never would have thought of. This is really a great design and I love those sweet photos!
Your little one is so sweet! Great lo! Wonderful job on creating the bracket shape yourself! and the doodled dots turned out wonderfully - great finishing touch. I like how you matted your pics to give them a solid backing so they don't get lost in the patterned paper. I also like the simplicity of the tag - very cute and simple!
You did a fantastic job on this LO!! Your hand-drawn shape is perfect, I could've never done that soo well! I love your flower and tag...those are both soo pretty! The colors are beautiful!!! You don't need any constructive criticism (IMHO), I think you are doing a wonderful job!
Totally cute!!! :D The colors are perfect and what an ADORBALE baby!! Awwww.... :) Your doodling is great! (It can be daunting, but it is best to just go for it!!!)
This is Easter Sunday with my newborn. The dogwood trees were in full bloom and it made a pretty background. Not sure that DS thought much of the holiday. He slept through most of it. Ah, the life of a newborn. Or maybe it was the lack of chocolate in his Easter basket that put him to sleep. He probably thought, "Ah, gee. Why stay awake for books and stuffed animals!" The ribbon tag under the picture on the left slides out to reveal hidden journaling.
This is the first month I have ever entered challenges. I saw there was one for citrus colors and thought those hues would work nice with these pics. This design was inspired by the exquisite LO "Bloom & Grow" by Sgoetter. I don't have a template for the shape (I don't know what it's called.....) so I hand-drew and cut those, then doodled around them with orange glitter puffy paint, following Sgoetter's lead. It was my first time to ever try doodling or to use puffy paint. I found it very nerve-wracking to doodle directly on the layout, esp freehand with paint!! I took a picture of the completed LO without the doodling just in case it was a total disaster, LOL, but I guess it came out OK.
I really want to learn and improve so please feel free to leave suggestions and constructive criticism. I welcome your comments. I have learned so much from all of you and spend a lot of my spare time in your galleries in awe.
