Not too long ago, I took a picture of myself late at night and uploaded my photo to a web site to show my friend how much weight I lost. My friend said that I look great (weight loss), but I need to get rid of my lumberjack clothes (plaid shirt). So that's how I came up with the title. I have mentioned tips on how I went about losing the weight.
