Once again, I'm sure this is a scraplift, but it's been a few weeks since I did it and I can remember where the original was, so if you know that lo, please let me know so I can give proper credit.

This lo definitely took me out of my scrapping comfort zone. I love the "collage-y" look, but have a really hard time doing it myself. I used a piece of
Core'dinations - Black Magic cs for the background and used a distressing tool around the edges. For the music notes square, I used the Fiskars Texture plate and embossed the music notes, then I sanded so that the notes showed up more...since the core was more of a peach color than orange, I used an orange ink pad to ink the notes a little darker. I traced around the square with a white pen. I used Thickers for the first part of the title and used the white pen to enhance them. I used sticker letters for the remaining part of the title...and sanded arund them.

I layered a couple of metal rimmed tags and staped the date on the top one. I put a piece of ribbon through the tag and added a ribbon slide. I used a tiger stamp to add the school's mascot to the music paper...I used a pair of decorative scissor (stamp edge) along the edge and inked it. I also used transparency strip with music printed on them and punched some triangular holes into the edge. I added some more ribbon in the school colors and an iron-on that I had.
