This is a really great pic of afriend getting ready for her wedding. The dress form on the layout is a Basically Bare chipboard embellishment, covered with Tim Holtz paper, with a tulle and bead skirt constructed around it. The bodice of the dress form is lightly covered with stickles for a little glitter. Full material list is on my blog (bepgaddis.wordpress.com). TFL!
