This is my take on Week 1 of the August MSC. I try to fit the word joy in most of my lo's. I wanted to include pearls, to draw from my mother's pearls that I wore that day. She is still living and she and my dad were there. The yellow flowers are in memory of my DH's mother. The green paper that is sticking out on the right is a hidden journal. My DH and I love this picture it is most like us, relaxed and laughing. I added the twist. Enjoy.
