Give a Cheer
I created this card using various patterned papers for the background. I gave it a coating of Gesso paint. I also used a circle stencil and texture paste to give it subtle dimension. Once the small circles were dry, I painted them with a bit of gold paint. I added my main image, ribbon, flowers, sequins, and a stick pin to finish it off. TFL
