Give a Cheer
I saw one similar on Pinterest but could find no tutorials on it and no one on Etsy making them...so I thought I'd give it a try. Everything found at HL, total cost >$20.
17"x23" cork board, Krylon seaweed spray paint, masking tape, white acrylic paint, and 5" number stencil used.
Took me about an hour to complete.
No products have been added to this project.
