Give a Cheer
I was cruising Pintrest early this morning and found a sketch pinned by Barb Anders from http://www.sketchabilities.blogspot.com.au/. I was looking for something to get me started with a mixed media layour and fell in love with this sketch.
Mixed media! You never have to get rid of ugly paper again!! I pulled two papers from the purge pile, tore a few strips from one, adhered them to the background then painted with gesso. I misted with Prima Color Bloom - tea stain. Using a Prima stencil I applied embossing paste, once it was dry I painted with LuminArte using a water brush pen. The final step was to ink the edges and stamp. The title is embossing paste colored with re-inker.
