Give a Cheer
I cut the tag out with my Cricut, and then another tag out of vellum. The vellum tag has a heart shaped opening that frames the photo underneath. I added some embellishments to finish it off! Not exactly sure which carts I used, I just used shapes from Cricut's digital library!
