Beetle Tag for Carri

I wouldn't make a beetle tag for just anyone but I had a feeling Carri might appreciate it. For my background I used some drywall tape and a harlequin stencil with modeling paste to add texture. I used several layers if acrylic paint and shimmerz Inklingz paints for the background and to paint the paperclay trim, I used finnabair wax to highlight the edges of the harlequin. I used some fragments of vintage crochet to add some additional texture. Shaker is filled with seed beads, vintage glass stones and vintage brass bits. The chipboard frame is dusty attic. I used some dimensional paint to add more surface texture to the frame. The beetle and freedom stamps were embossed in gold. I made the butterfly using a TH flutter die and decorated it with glass glitter and vintage brass bits.
