Get creepy crawly creative when you craft with the Entomology Framelits Dies from the Alterations Collection by Tim Holtz for Sizzix. There are 14 thin metal dies included that measure 2.375" x 1.25" to .875" x .875". Use the dies with the coordinating Entomology Stamps. Framelits dies are compatible with the BIGkick, Big Shot and Vagabond machines (used with a pair of Cutting Pads and the machine's included Platform; when using the Essentials Platform or Solo Platform & Shim, the Extended Adapter or Solo Adapter is required). This set cuts so easy and of course I have the stamps too and the look that is achieved is amazing!! Everything cuts flawlessly!!!

This insect die collection is fun to make. My grandson loves to study about insects, so I try to put these on his cards. They are not intricate and easy to do.
Fun for nature projects of all kinds. I also bought the matching stamps for more detail. At present, I'm making a 'bugs in a jar' night light for my grandson.
I seem to have written this review on the dies, but it is a great set and I cannot wait to explore all the ways I will make use of it.
Haven't used yet. I don't know how I'll make the critters look as beautiful as the picture, but I love the images.
These are the best. They pair up with the stamps! Kids really like using bug shapes, with an adults help of course.
An absolutely fabulous bug die set. I've never seen another one like this one. I'm going to have fun with these.

Will these work in a sidekick and are the matching stamps still sold?

These should work in the Sidekick as the opening of that machine is approximately 2.75". The matching stamp set can be found here: link
