Great job with the sketch and wonderful lo. I felt the same way about the photos from my children's day care, but who can resist their sweet faces. My youngest DS is even pouting on one of his poses and now that he is 11 years old, those photos mean even more.
Journaling reads:
I almost didn't buy this picture. Before you think I'm a bad Mommy, let me explain... First of all, we didnt' know you were getting your photograph taken at daycare professionally. When I got the proofs back, I balked at the prices and the gall of the center to assume we would want your photo taken, but then I looked at the pictures. I couldn't get over how they got you to sit still and pose for a camera without tears, goofy faces, or blurry shots due to a 1 year old who has just discovered he can run. I got teary eyed and just forked over the money and took several sheets of two poses. I am so glad I did. I have taken a lot of photos of you this year, but this one just captures your innocence and little boy characteristics. Your sparkling eyes and sweet fingers are captured for eternity. I will always and forever havve a record of you at 1 year old. The background is cheesy, but ht eway you look is priceless. It's shameless that hte photography company does this to us and charges so much, but I would've paid just about anything for that face. I love you! - Mark 2005
