Flowers and Shadows

I made this card for my friend who will be 70 in October. I am pleased with the dimensionality of the card. I used a basic peachy tan for the card body and then decorated a "stand alone" card that I later taped to the card body. I build it top to bottom. For the flowers I used Recollections flowers and used hot glue to attach the flowers to the die cut layer. Once all the flowers and foliage were attached, I affixed the cut out sheet to a solid back piece with 3D foam adhesives. The real payoff is that you don't need to risk the completed pieces. The big finish was using a green satin Mirror Card for the text. The result is a beautiful, intricate card. Hope she likes it!
