Note cards. I found these a M's several years ago. They are tri-fold note cards. I covered the blank papers with the Prima Georgia Blues and Hobby Lobby Ella Blue papers then added flowers to the flaps. I also added a silver metal snap clip so the envelope flap closes.

I also included 4 white embossed store bought note cards with envelopes.
