I used standard slimline cardstock base, 9"x 4". I used pattern, mirror and solid cardstock. This card was made for a July birthday family member. I opted to use patriotic colors. I love stars and glitter. I opted to make a shaker card. However, this card could more easily be made without shaker element. I die cut the oval shaker window and added shaker elements. I used a tip from one of the Scrapbook fests, adding foam to acetate backer, add shaker elements and then add another acetate backer. This creates a shaker package which is easier to place on card. I used nested stitched oval dies and placed on top mat layer. I die cut top mat layer with stars slimline die. I die cut "Happy Birthday" sentiment and created a shadow layer to add depth and dimension. I centered the birthday sentiment on the oval die cut, Another fun project. Happy birthday!
Thanks for spreading positivity!
