The journaling reads:
For Halloween, Christopher wanted to be anything that had to do with Star Wars, Joshua wanted to be somebody with a sword, and Sarah just had to wear her sparkly red shoes (which, of course, meant she would be Dorothy)! Mommy and Daddy took them all around the neighborhood with Katie and family. By the end of the evening, their feet were tired and their bags were full. They spent another hour, trading candy, and all went to bed happy.
