I really love your title! And the pics are great. I like your idea of putting a hidden journaling tag behind the main pic, maybe with some ribbon coming off the top of it? I also like the idea of stamping the word green on the W. If you wanted to add more ribbon/fiber to the page I think that would be great but I also think this looks just fine as it is. I love the colors and papers you chose! And really, the pictures SHOULD carry this 2 pager, they are so colorful/vibrant and with such attitude! Great job.
oooooooh! I love the colors. I think that I would like to see some of the papers pieces inked for definition...but then again....the way everything blends together is kinda nice. I'm with daniell on the ribbon thing...I'd love to see some running accross the top, but i think that I prefere the two photos on the rgt page unmatted. i love how his clothing pops out. I do want the one on the left popped out a bit more. i ADORE your stamping...so creative and the placement is perfection. Fabulous job!
Oh - Melanie I really love this!!! What great paper for the topic! I kind of feel like the photos blend into the background paper. Could you mat them or add photo corners to help make them pop? And I feel like I might like to see a bit of ribbon running along the top or something? However, I still really love it as is! You do great 2 pagers!
Wow!! I love the pp you used, and title is great. I like the fibers on the "W", but your idea of stamping the word green on it sounds good too. Fantastic page!!
I think I am going to take the green ribbons off the big "W" and stamp the word "Green" on that same part of the letter in green ink. And.... I think I am going to unstick the main photo and put a tag in behind the top of it with my missing journalling. So much for getting lazy and getting it done quickly.

This layout is about my son't love affair with his little green wheelbarrow - and his refusal to let anyone else play with it. He fills it with water, he put most of our tomato crop in it, before the tomatos were ripe, and he picked carrots to wheel around in it.
