For September 2023 Card Sketch #3 challenge.
All papers are scraps, sentiment from Stampin' Up stamped with Color Box Royal Blue, balloons made with stencil and added highlights with Sakura Gelly Roll pen, strings done with Tombow Mono drawing pen, used a punch and decorative scissors for sentiment piece.
