I stenciled the gold diamonds.
Stamped the sentiments, die cut them, and edged with gold. The sentiments are from a Trinity Stamps set.
The tea cup images were purchased, and they have some glitter accents. The tea cup has layers that are popped up with foam squares.
I added a tea bag to the inside of the card for the recipient.
