Entered into the December Scrap With Your Scraps Challenge and the Use Your Laces/Trims Challenge. The white is two separate paper layers. The top half of the white and all the colored strips were scraps. I stamped the flowers and the sentiment on the bottom layer then colored the leaves and added some gems to the flower centers. The stamps were a gift from my friend Betty Cancilla. Thanks Betty! I die cut the three little windows on the top layer then added the colorful strips behind them.
