  Mine stand alone & are loaded. You have to get the grooves lined up just right and make sure the sides are smooth when you run your hands down them. Can you stack a two-pack or four-pack on top of and eight-pack? Is the top tray of each pack designed with the same assembly system as all of the other trays?

  Hello! We would not recommend stacking more than 8-10 trays, depending on the amount/weight of paper placed in each tray. Also, the top tray is designed the same as the other trays. Do you make 8�x11-inch paper holder stack of 8 clear, where you access the paper on the side, not the end as these do? My shelves are not deep enough to hold these and access the paper on the end.   Hello! As it turns out these will not fit in those cubes as they are too large. The trays are 11.5" long which is longer than the Mainstay storage cubes. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
