  It has been demonstrated that you need to apply this to the sheet of vellum before cutting the image/shape. HI I AM A QUILLER. IF I USE A GLUE SHEET THEN APPLY MY QUILLING TO IT DOES THE PLACES WHERE THERE IS NO QUILLING DRY. I HOPE THIS MAKES SENSE.   The adhesive sheet is sticky, but not wet. If you can get around your quilled design I think the glitter would stick to it. The sheet is thin so I don’t know how much glitter you can put down.   I wouldn't try it. The adhesive is very sticky and permanent. Try using a repositional double sided tape. But if your stamps are not sticking to your misti lid, try washing them with some warm water and very gentle dish soap. Or sometimes, just water is enough to make them stick again. Do these adhesives leave your dies sticky. I used a different brand once and it left the edges of my dies all sticky. It took forever to clean my dies. I said I would never use it again.   I have been using the Sizzix brand for a few years now with no trouble in re leaving adhesive on my dies, but then I always apply to paper and cut the paper.
