Who did the exquisite card in frame #8...a frame within the frame? It is not featured for details, and I was curious about the source of the smaller inner frame with die with cut out lines around the border. Thank you.

I bought this item and was asked to answer your question, but I'm not sure which frame#8 you are referring to. This set SKU #43 includes 10 dies, 2 of which are square and big. However, the second set I got SKU#45 includes 12 dies, I think that's the one you are looking for with 3 of the dies with decreasing sizes plus a square one. If you meant the 3 layers of squares, the smallest square is part of SKU #45.
