Questions & Answers
  • Can your Black & White washi tapes, like this Pink Hue, be colored by ink blending or with alcohol markers?   By: c.cranson (15-Nov-25) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
    • Hi! Yes, washi tape can be colored using alcohol markers and is also compatible with many ink-blending techniques. Because washi tape is made from porous Japanese paper, it absorbs ink well; however, the results can vary depending on the specific tape and ink used, due to the glossy nature of the tape surface. I would be cautious about potentially smearing or smudging the ink after applying it to the tape surface. By: Scrapbook.com (17-Nov-25) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! • Are these washi tapes paper? What are they made of. And is this one truly a light shade of pink all over?   By: Ana Fernandez (02-Jul-25) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
    • Hi! Washi Tape is a paper but it is a thin, translucent tape with adhesive. They are made of Washi Paper. This one is called pink hue but it is not pink in color, it is black and white.
