The paints are the quality of the ones you buy at the Dollar store.
These are fabulous to use on the Vicki Boutin Foundations paper, or any other mixed media paper. The colors are yummy and so easy to create either bright or pastel images on your paper. Don’t think they are cheap. Well they are, but how they play out are fabulous. I would pay way more for these paints.
