I am so glad that they have the lowercase letters. I like being able to not have to use Capital letters for everything. I do wish that they aligned a little better along with the Uppercase letters.
I have tested all the punches and they work great! Now I have both set, the Large and Lowercase punches for my scrapbooking and card making .

Are these lower case interchangeable with the upper case?

I'm not certain exactly what you are asking. Both the Uppercase and the Lowercase letters will work in either punch board. Which means that you can use them together. IE: Capital first letter and remaining letters in lower case or any combination you desire. Hope this helps.

Yes they interchange and work together. The lower case came with it’s own punch board which I didn’t need!!
