I ordered 6 boxes of these brads (all that it would allow me to order). I received an email telling me that what I ordered was out of stock and that I wouldn't be receiving my order.
Since I was ordering these for my wedding invitations, I scrambled online trying to find more and I did.. so I ordered more. Then a day or so later, I receive an email from Scrapbook.com saying my order had been shipped.
As it turns out, their email should have informed me that ONE of the boxes I ordered was not going to be delivered to me. So I received 5 boxes instead of 6.. and I was only charged for the 5. However, since I ordered more brads thinking that these were no longer available, I ended up spending way too much on brads and had way too many as well.
All-in-all, the product was just fine and the price was good and delivery time was fast.. but I wish their "Out of Stock" email had been more clear to avoid the confusion.
I would still purchase from them again if I needed something.. but I would be hesitant to order anything that stated they were low on stock.
