I use these monograms so often that I now consider them a scrapbooking staple. They are so versatile and add texture and dimension to your layouts. I love that you can do ANYTHING with these chipboard monograms. Paint, cover with PP, dye, sand the possibilities are endless. They are quality made and perfect for any lay out or project. They are a top favorite of mine and i have purchased several sets. Would love for them to come out with a vowel package! Thanks BG for making scrapbooking the best!

these are absolutely wonderful to work with. You can do anything to them;cover with BG die cut monograms, paint or ink them, staple them,HAve fun. They are a very pretty and flattering shape. And if you are in a pinch and run out of your favourite letter, I have been known to alter others to make do!
These letters can be inked, painted, covered with paper, sanded, etc, etc. When they first came out I bought three packs. I will continue to use this product as long as it is avaiable. Other Monograms letters pale in comparision. Basic Grey set the standard with this one.
Dressed up or undressed I love these! They are very sturdy and would recommend them for monograms or even a short title.

I love Basic Grey chipboard--it is such nice quality, and a good value. I didn't give these monograms 5 stars because personally I prefer the Basic Grey mini monograms(also sold here at the superstore). These are great, and if you are looking to use a single large monogram on your layout you will love them. I like the mini ones better because you can use them on any size layout, and you can also spell out a word with them if you want, and they come with way more in a pack. These are great and I will use the ones I already have, but if I were to buy more I will get the smaller ones--just personal preference.
I love my Basic Grey Monograms. They are great to add to cards, layouts and to ink up, put printed paper over, punch a few holes in and tie ribbon to as well.
I only wish they had different font styles on these monograms. They always have the same style. Other then that, they are big, not to bulky and light weight on your layouts and cards. Have fun with this product and let your creativity flow.
