The Basic Grey LilyKate Collection pack is just splendid! One thing that I've always loved about Basic Grey is that they don't stick with the same two or three colors throughout the entire collection pack, and they certainly didn't disappoint me with the LilyKate collection.
The colors and textures in this pack are fantastic, and there are SO many possibilities for these patterned papers. As the previous reviewer mentioned, don't be fooled by the feminine name, because these papers are most definitely unisex. It is a great collection for moms of boys who are itching to add just a *little* feminine touch to their layouts. This kit would also be great for cardmaking.
Don't forget to pick up a matching pack of monograms and some Basic Grey undressed chipboard letters to complete this kit!

The LilyKate Basic grey collection is simply phenomenal. Gorgeous shades and designs that range from pink, lilac, green, yellow and blue. It can easily be adapted for everyday layouts, baby pages, or heritage photos. I was impressed with the range of shades in this kit. Don't think this kit is just for girl layouts. You can also use some of these papers for the boys in your life. There are some beautiful shades of blue, yellow and green that would work wonderfully. The tag set and sticker letter sheet really completes the kit and will help you make gorgeous layouts in no time.
You will not regret making the choice to buy this great collection.

I love BG anyway so when I got LilyKate, I knew they had made another fabulous paper line. I bought two packs of this paper so I could make a baby book for each of my babies in a scrap class. The colours are great for either a boy or a girl so it worked out perfectly. This would also be good for almost any other theme. It's a beautiful line and I'm glad I got it.
This paper is really versatile. I've used it on my baby boy and baby girl layouts as well as adult pages. I love the thick and sturdy feel of the paper. Basic Grey always has such classy patterns. Their papers truly make my scrapbook pages feel more modern and up to date. This paper pack is no exception!
