You would do rubbing embossing with a thin foam pad and stylus. You can also punch it with needle tools in various patterns making it look quite lacy. Pergamano is a trade name for a company that made it very popular in the 1990's. I have the tools, I have the instructions, but their papers are overseas and very expensive to import. So, I'm looking for a good parchment paper (vellum) to take the place. It makes it airy and beautiful. Look up the trade name and you'll find lots of information. Blessings!
