Actually, this is not just for slimline cards. It can be used on any sized card and on any art page. Its usefulness likes all within how one holds the stencil on the medium. I'm enjoying the many uses.
This is by far, one of the best stencils I have. All three parts are different, very nice to use altogether or separately, Easy to use as well, no little pieces that will bend the wrong way. Very pretty when using either a green or a basic (white/black or graphite color of stencil paste. I love this!
This is one of those stencils that can be used many ways, on many sized cards and for many occasions. It will definitely be one of my go-to stencils.
Side note: Although the stencil was designed for use with slimline cards, I don't make them, but that being said I do love the versatility of these leaves. I love the size of each image and they are great when you need a quick card for thank you or sympathy etc. I like to design many backgrounds during one session in my craft room. One big rainbow of a mess is easier to clean up than daily small ones, right?
This stencil is great to layer in black (more dramatic) or a dark coordination color (softer look) on top of a background with a stamped sentiment for a quick one layer card or sometimes I add a few embellishments. I like that you can stencil the entire clusters or small small sections giving you a lot of flexibility in your card design.
As this was at no charge I wasn’t sure what to expect. But I’m pleasantly surprised. Haven’t used it yet.
The leaves in this stencil are very graceful and are also versatile and of good sizes for what I like.

What is stencil butter

Hi Denise! Stencil Butter is a creamy, buttery modeling paste that comes in beautiful shimmery colors. It has the texture of room temperature butter, and spreads over stencils like soft butter on toast! The colors all blend together to create even more colors and they clean up with soap and water. I like spreading Stencil Butter with an offset palette knife, my fingers or a stiff brush. The possibilities are endless. Have fun!!
