The Crafters workshop templates are so very versatile, and when Is aw this one I knew I'd get TONS of use out of it. My template has been inked with, stamped with, embossed with (both heat & dry) and just plain ol traced around...it's worth 5 times what it costs in my opinion! One of the must haves!
I am having so much fun with templates! This one is is nice and large. It's great for doing a full 12 x 12 background. I tried using it as a mat, with white ink, on colored cardstock, and it came out great! I'm not very confident about my free-hand doodling yet, but with tools like these, you don't have to be. I'm looking forward to experimenting more with this - I imagine that there are lots of different ways to use it.

I am not so great at doing my own doodling!! I was so excited to come across these templates!! They helped so much when I was creating LO's and even on poster boards and projects in general. They're very durable and easy to clean. I even used my inks to "doodle", it was easy to clean the excess ink right off.
These templates make scrapbooking much more fun for children. They liked the Christmas/Winter and Valentine/Heart templates the most, in addition to this one. The kids used Removable Glue Dots to keep templates in place! The templates are sturdy and worth every penny. It would be helpful to have smaller-scaled designs, and children's versions with animals (farm, zoo, bugs, ...), flowers, buildings, vehicles, etc.
This definitely gives you a start. Some pens bleed a lot though, so practice before you work on your lo.

I just got this and haven't even been able to use it yet, but it is just the coolest thing!
Wonderful to use but like i said i find them hard to store. I need to find a 3 ring 12x12 binder for these. Great with all kinds of techniques.
Again, I wish this was made of thicker material.
This is a great product...especially for those of us who are doodling-ly challenged. Definitly very happy I purchased this.

I love adding swirls and flourishes to my Lo's and these really made it easy! I love how versatile it is and ease of use!! Definitely would recommend this to anyone who wants to add vines, swirls, and flourishes to their LO!!! A must have!!!
